b\u0119dzie realizowa\u0107 w 2025 roku program resortowy Ministra Rodziny, Pracy i Polityki Spo\u0142ecznej \u201eOpieka Wytchnieniowa\u201d dla Organizacji Pozarz\u0105dowych \u2013 edycja 2025.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kwota dofinansowania z Funduszu Solidarno\u015bciowego wynosi 171 000,00 z\u0142<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Program \u201eOpieka Wytchnieniowa\u201d dla Organizacji Pozarz\u0105dowych \u2013 edycja 2025 finansowany jest ze \u015brodk\u00f3w Funduszu Solidarno\u015bciowego, ma na celu wsparcie os\u00f3b z niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bciami wykonywaniu codziennych czynno\u015bci oraz funkcjonowaniu w \u017cyciu spo\u0142ecznym.<\/span><\/p><p><b>G\u0142\u00f3wnym celem Programu jest wsparcie cz\u0142onk\u00f3w rodzin lub opiekun\u00f3w sprawuj\u0105cych bezpo\u015bredni\u0105 opiek\u0119 nad:<\/b><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dzie\u0107mi od uko\u0144czonego 2. roku \u017cycia do uko\u0144czonego 16. roku \u017cycia z orzeczeniem o niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bci lub<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">osobami niepe\u0142nosprawnymi posiadaj\u0105cymi:<\/span><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">orzeczenie o znacznym stopniu niepe\u0142nosprawno\u015bci albo orzeczenie traktowane na r\u00f3wni z orzeczeniem wymienionym w lit. a, zgodnie z art. 5 i art. 62 ustawy z dnia 27 sierpnia 1997
